Procrastination and low energy: If you or your children deal with procrastination, evaluating energy levels and how it correlates is so valuable. Think how unmotivated and likely to procrastinate you are when you feel tired and rundown! If you deal chronically with lower energy, procrastination could be a side effect.

Making sure we’re getting enough sleep, sunlight, hydration, quality foods, very low sugar and proper vitamins and minerals can be key to produce enough energy to perform our best. While there are many dynamics to procrastination, this can be a low hanging fruit that can make a big difference. Increasing your overall internal energy level so that you are better able to conduct the tasks you need daily.
